NOCA Opens Comment Period on Certificate Standards

The National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA) is seeking your comments on the draft standards for assessment-based certificate programs (draft 3.0). NOCA is encouraging all interested parties to participate by submitting comments, questions, concerns related to the draft by October 10, 2008.
