ICE Job Analysis Survey for the Credentialing Professional

The Institute for Credentialing Excellence (formerly the National Organization for Competency Assurance) is conducting a job analysis study to determine the likelihood of developing a new certification program for professionals who manage certification programs. The survey strives to identify the role and responsibilities of the credentialing professional.

A credentialing professional provides program management and support and can be employed in numerous ways, including by a government or testing agency, a staff member of a voluntary board, or an assortment of other settings. It is imperative for as many credentialing professionals as possible to partake in the survey because the data will have far reaching importance. If you are a credentialing professional, the ICE requests that you please take 20 minutes of your time to complete the survey. To begin the survey, click here.
