Conflicts of Interest Policy

Does your organization have a conflicts of interest policy in place?

One of the many implications of the American Competitiveness and Corporate Accountability Act, commonly referred to as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (developed to address scandals in the corporate world) was the need to strengthen conflicts of interest policies.
