Request for Information on International Certification Testing

I represent a certification program that has recently expanded internationally to the Middle East. Our computer testing system is challenged by testing in the Middle East (constant disrupts) and I am wondering if other certification bodies can share their experiences and or vendors that are successfully delivering international exams. Our current assessment vendor is US based.

Lynn, you might want to consider Pearson VUE (www.pearsonvue.com). Pearson VUE successfully delivers a broad range of testing programs globally, including GMAT, NCLEX, FINRA, Cisco, EMC, Citrix to name just a few.

I've worked with two organizations who successfully delivered large quantities of CBT exams using both Prometric and Pearson-VUE as vendors in the ME. Most of my Middle East testing experience has been with Prometric and have never encountered any problems (different from other countries). What type of "challenges" are you encountering? If the "constant disrupts" are power/connectivity issues I would recommend switching vendors to one who has a better ME TC Network, such as Prometric or VUE.
