Interpreting the NCCA Standards - New Info Available

This year the NCCA implemented a new policy aimed at improving service to accreditation applicants. The Standards Interpretations Policy allows applicants to request official interpretations from the NCCA to clarify the intent of the Standards. These official interpretations will be published on the NOCA web site.

SeaCrest Presenting Seminar on Certification Program Governance

On September 2^nd from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (approximately) Eastern time, the SeaCrest team will be presenting the results of our recent certification program governance survey during an audio seminar organized by the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA).
